How do I place an order?

All mugs purchased form our online shop are processed immediately. Wholesale orders of 36 or more mugs must call Cold Mountain Pottery by telephone to place an order.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Payments form the Online Store are processed immediately and will be shipped the next regular work day. A flat shipping fee is charged based on the number of mugs ordered. We only ship within the continental  United States. 

 

Wholesale Catalog payment information is recieved on the day of ordering and mugs are shipped 1-3 months from that date depending on production schedule.​ Wholesale mugs under 36+ will have an aditional charge of $2.00 per mug because they are made to order. All wholesale orders are shipped UPS and all charges are applied to your final bill. We only ship within the continental  United States. 

 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

We use Square to process all Credit/Debit card information. We accept checks on wholesale orders provided that payment is recieved up front. We do not accept Paypal.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Any unsatifactory mug may be replaced for one of the same design.
